Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in London is seeking a Supervisor to lead a store team, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will support the management team with day-to-day operations, keep shelves stocked, help reduce shrinkage and ensure smooth till operations.

The role offers flexible shifts, 15 hours per week with potential for extra hours, and benefits such as holiday allowance, staff discount, training and incentives.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced retailer.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
