Mamas & Papas is seeking a part-time Store Supervisor/Team Leader for the Luton store. The role involves leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working up to 12 hours per week, including either Saturdays or Sundays.

You will partner with the store manager to deliver exceptional customer service and store performance. The ideal candidate has prior retail supervisory experience, a passion for helping families, and a flexible approach to weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum retail supervisory or senior sales assistant experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to build rapport.
• Ability to lead a small team and drive store performance.

Responsibilities

The ROLE OF STORE SUPERVISOR

Our SUPERVISORS are our ambassadors of these magical moments, & the heart of our award winning business. Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family by looking for an amazing SUPERVISOR to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Luton store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closley with the Mamas & Papas store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results & incredible customer experience.

This Store Supervisor opportunity covering 12 hours per week, including either Saturdays, Sundays, or both.
