Job summary

Mamas & Papas Solihull store is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a small team of Sales Consultants across three days. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching the team, and supporting theStore Manager to achieve sales targets.

The successful candidate will work 20 hours across Sunday to Tuesday shifts, with a strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and a positive store presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervision or senior sales
• Leading a small team to deliver great customer service
• Strong presence on shop floor with a friendly attitude

The ROLE OF STORE SUPERVISOR

Our SUPERVISORS are our ambassadors of these magical moments, & the heart of our award winning business. Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family by looking for an amazing SUPERVISOR to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Solihull store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closley with the Mamas & Papas store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results & incredible customer experience.

This Store Supervisor opportunity covering 20 hours per week, across 3 days shifts being

• Sunday 9.45 - 4.45
• Monday 2.1 5- 8.15
• Tuesday 8.45 - 4.45
