Job summary

Mamas & Papas Glasgow is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a small team of Sales Consultants at our busy Glasgow store. The role supports the Store Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving store targets.

The ideal candidate will come from a retail supervisory or senior sales background, leading by example, and helping to create magical moments for customers while representing diverse cultures and backgrounds in line with our inclusive policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervision or senior sales assistant role.
• Ability to lead a small team by example and support store goals.
• Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Sales Consultants at the Glasgow store.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store results and excellent customer experience.
• Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues to uphold standards.

The ROLE OF STORE SUPERVISOR

Our SUPERVISORS are our ambassadors of these magical moments, & the heart of our award winning business. Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family by looking for an amazing SUPERVISOR to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Glasgow store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closley with the Mamas & Papas store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results & incredible customer experience.

This Store Supervisor opportunity covering 8 hours per week, across 2 days, shifts being

• Saturday 3.30-7.30
