Job summary

Mamas & Papas is recruiting a Retail Store Supervisor/Team Leader for the Luton store on a 3-month fixed-term contract, 12 hours per week with weekend work. You will lead a small team of Sales Consultants, partner with the store management, and drive outstanding customer service and store performance.

Ideal candidates will come from a retail supervision or senior sales background, and be enthusiastic about creating magical moments for families while representing our inclusive brand values.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or senior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Sales Consultants to deliver excellent customer experience.

The ROLE OF STORE SUPERVISOR

Our SUPERVISORS are our ambassadors of these magical moments, & the heart of our award winning business. Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family by looking for an amazing SUPERVISOR to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Luton store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closley with the Mamas & Papas store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results & incredible customer experience.

This Store Supervisor opportunity covering 12 hours per week, including either Saturdays, Sundays, or both.
