Job summary

Mamas & Papas is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our Luton store team. You will lead a small group of Sales Consultants, work closely with the Store Manager to drive store results and deliver memorable customer experiences.

The role covers 12 hours per week, including Saturdays and/or Sundays. If you have retail supervisory experience and enjoy creating magical moments for families, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or senior sales assistant background.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to lead by example and support a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Sales Consultants at Mamas & Papas Luton.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support weekend coverage as part of a 12-hour per week schedule.

Our SUPERVISOR opportunity covering 12 hours per week, including either Saturdays, Sundays, or both.
