Mamas & Papas Bristol store is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a small team and partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service. The 20-hour-per-week role spans 3 days, with weekend inclusion as needed, and focuses on guiding staff to achieve store results and memorable shopping moments.

Candidates from retail supervisory or senior sales backgrounds who enjoy motivating others and delivering a warm customer experience are encouraged to apply.

• Background in retail supervision or senior sales is preferred.

The ROLE OF STORE SUPERVISOR

Our SUPERVISORS are our ambassadors of these magical moments, & the heart of our award winning business. Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family by looking for an amazing SUPERVISOR to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Bristol store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closley with the Mamas & Papas store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results & incredible customer experience.

This Store Supervisor opportunity covering 20 hours per week, across 3 days, including either Saturdays, Sundays, or both.

If you come from a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background & love putting a smile on a customers face, leaving them with magical moments they'll never forget, can lead a team by example & support, then we'd love to hear from you.
