Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a high-volume store.
• Strong inventory accuracy and shrink reduction know-how.
• Ability to plan and schedule labor to align with delivery and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes.
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues with leadership.
• Support sell-through by ensuring accurate counts and efficient receiving of deliveries.
• Write effective schedules in partnership with the General Manager.
• Maintain a safe work environment and efficient operation.
