Job summary

East of England Co-op in Ipswich is seeking a Range & Format Project Co-ordinator on a 10-month fixed-term basis to help deliver new store openings and refits. You will manage merchandising, transportation of stock and equipment, and ensure stores are ready to trade.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on retail operations experience, a full UK driving licence, and a flexible approach to working hours. The role offers competitive pay and benefits within a supportive co-op environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and confidence to drive a van
• Hands-on, practical approach and flexibility to adapt when plans change
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse teams
• Attention to detail and ability to follow layouts, plans and merchandising guides
• Willingness to work early starts, late finishes and occasional weekends

Responsibilities

• Support new store openings and refits, turning plans into operational stores
• Merchandise stock in line with planograms and space plans
• Transport stock, fixtures and equipment between locations
• Assist store teams before, during and after projects for smooth handovers
• Provide practical operational support and respond to changing priorities
