Job summary

EAST OF ENGLAND CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED is seeking a hands-on Range & Format Project Co-ordinator to join our Operations team on a 10-month fixed-term contract, supporting new store openings and refits across our family of businesses.

You will help stock shelves, merchandise layouts, move equipment, and ensure every store is ready to trade, coordinating with store teams and external partners. Previous retail experience and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, particularly in store operations or merchandising.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible approach to working hours and ability to adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Support new store openings and refits across our family of businesses.
• Merchandise stock in line with plans and planograms.
• Move equipment and stock between locations to keep projects on track.
• Assist in handover to day-to-day trading and ensure stores are ready to trade.
