Mountain Warehouse in Taunton is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will own store performance, coach colleagues and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage visual standards, control budgets, and safeguard health and safety, while building strong community connections and upholding Mountain Warehouse's brand. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced retail environment.
