Mountain Warehouse in Macclesfield is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive store success. You will lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team and ensure the store looks its best.

You will support sales targets, stock control, safety, and staff development, while representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism across the local community.

Responsibilities

• Lead a motivated, engaged, high-performing team in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards.
• Monitor KPIs and stock levels to ensure availability and profitability.
• Drive training and development, ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Support health and safety and risk assessments to keep staff and customers safe.
• Recruit and retain top talent to build a strong team.
