Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Store Manager Designate in Belfast. You will travel between different stores within your area, supporting where you're needed most. This role is a stepping stone toward a permanent store manager position, offering variety and opportunities to grow.

You will lead teams, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales, with 39 hours per week and full-time shifts. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred to cover the area.

Qualifications

• Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 2+ years
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate
• Passion for customer service & sales
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
• This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.

Location: Units 56/57, Castle Court Royal Avenue, Belfast, Antrim BT1 1FD

Designate Role – willing to travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a permanent location.

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.

Salary: Up to £36,000 - £38,000 per annum
