Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Belfast is hiring a Store Manager Designate to lead a high‑performing team and travel between nearby stores within your area. This full‑time role offers 39 hours per week with flexible shifts and travel within 1 hour of your base store.

You will drive customer service excellence, sales performance, merchandising, audits and stock control, while developing your team with coaching and hands‑on leadership. The position provides a clear path to a permanent store management post.

• 2+ years in retail management or equivalent experience.

DesignateRole – willingto travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a permanent location.

Hours per Week: 39hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexibleshift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will bediscussed further at interview.

Salary: Upto£36,000 - £38,000 per annum
