Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team at Unit 20 Parkway Shopping Centre, Coulby Newham, TS8 0TJ. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store operations.

You will develop staff, plan promotions, manage budgets and stock, and ensure smooth store running. The position offers full-time hours, with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and a salary up to £36,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail management, preferably in health/beauty.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
• Passion for customer service and sales results.
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven with a track record of hitting targets.
• Willingness to perform piercing services with training provided (Optional).

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £36,000 Per Annum
