Superdrug Stores in Sudbury is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service. The role covers day-to-day store operations, promotions, and stock management to maximise profitability.

The successful candidate will have retail leadership experience, a passion for service, and the ability to hit targets while maintaining standards. Salary up to £34,350 p.a. with full-time hours and flexible patterns.

• 2+ years in retail management or store leadership.

• Willingness to perform piercing services with training (optional).
