Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Store Manager in Luton to lead a dynamic team, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves managing store operations, stock, promotions, and merchandising to maximise sales.

You will oversee a 39-hour week with full-time shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. A competitive salary up to £41,000 per annum plus performance bonus applies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Willingness to undergo piercing services training (optional).
• Proven ability to drive performance and hit targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
