You will lead day-to-day operations, safeguard health and safety, monitor KPIs, optimise stock flow, and contribute to store profitability through proactive leadership and hands-on involvement. This role offers a dynamic retail leadership path.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations, policies, and risk assessments to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Support in meeting and exceeding sales targets and monitor KPIs to sustain store success.
• Represent Mountain Warehouse with enthusiasm, professionalism and a positive attitude to build customer loyalty.
