Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Manchester to support the Store Manager, manage the shop floor and lead the team in their absence.

You will drive sales, performance and store standards, coach colleagues and maintain high customer service levels in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.
