Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the overall customer experience across the store from the checkout to back of house, delivering on customer commitments.
• Managing the front-end checkout operation and ensuring high service standards for customers.
• Overseeing operations in the petrol station (if applicable) and ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Leading performance management, scheduling and payroll accuracy, and handling disciplinary matters as needed.
• Occasionally assuming overall responsibility for running the store and providing direction to colleagues.
