JD Sports Fashion PLC is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding in-store experiences. You will greet customers, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and maintain presentation standards on the shop floor.

With a positive attitude, teamwork, and a passion for helping customers, you’ll support daily store operations, process transactions, and contribute to achieving sales objectives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Mansioni

• Deliver a welcoming experience for customers and provide product information.
• Identify customer needs, recommend products, and promote extras.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Maintain presentation across shop floor, fixtures, displays and stock areas.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are visible and available as per standards.
• Handle transactions, cash and stock processing, and deliveries.
• Use store systems to assist customer inquiries and daily operations.
• Follow health & safety policies at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support daily store running.
• Take on additional duties as required.
