Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC in the United Kingdom seeks a Store Colleague to help deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers confidently, provide product information, replenish stock, and maintain high presentation standards to reflect the brand’s values.

You will work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment, learn new skills, and contribute to smooth day-to-day store operations while following company procedures and health and safety

Qualifications

• Engage customers and provide product information.
• Aim to achieve team sales objectives by identifying needs and promoting suitable items.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Keep shop floor neat, displays well presented and stocked.
• Process transactions, cash handling, and assist with deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Identify customer needs, recommend products, and promote complementary items to help achieve sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor and ensure fixtures, displays and stock areas are clean and organized.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Assist with operational tasks including processing transactions and stock processing.
