Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, helpful experience on the shop floor.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to drive sales.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and keep displays tidy.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly displayed and available.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and deliveries where required.
• Use store technology and systems to assist customer enquiries and daily operations.
