Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding service, greet customers, and help maintain great product presentation in our UK store. You’ll support daily operations, replenish stock, and use in-store tech to assist shoppers.

On the shop floor, you’ll engage with customers, identify needs, promote suitable items, and work with teammates to hit sales targets while upholding health and safety standards and the high standards our brand is known for.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly manner.
• Ability to adapt communication to different customers.
• Good organisational skills to manage tasks and displays.
• Willingness to learn store processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide product information.
