Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to engage all customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customers’ bets in a timely and attentive manner.
• Attend to customer queries quickly and knowledgeably.
• Engage customers with knowledge of our products and promotions.
• Support promotional events throughout the sporting calendar.
• Maintain a well-presented environment for customers to enjoy.
• Be a team player and collaborate to improve the customer experience.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and care.
