Job summary

Lidl GB in Plymouth seeks a Retail Shift Manager to lead store operations, motivate the team, and uphold high standards on a busy shop floor. You’ll also manage shifts, stock, and cash processes while ensuring excellent customer service and taking responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
• Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Give our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store.
