Job summary

Tesco Retail in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to steer in-store teams during busy periods, delivering great customer service. You’ll work across store areas, be the go-to person for daily queries, and coach colleagues to perform at their best.

Availability windows include Thu and Sat shifts; you must be 18+ and ready to lead in the manager’s absence. We offer hourly pay from £15.59 to £16.86, depending on location, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.

• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
