Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to guide store teams in delivering excellent customer service across shifts. The role focuses on frontline leadership, coordination across departments, and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment.

You will report to store management and support daily operations in a fast-paced retail setting. Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in select stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.
