Job summary

Lidl in Watford is hiring a Retail Shift Manager on a full-time contract. The role offers £16.30-£16.80 per hour, 30-35 days holiday pro rata, and extra incentives for bank holidays and night shifts.

You’ll lead a store team, keep the shop running smoothly, and drive high standards daily. You’ll motivate staff, delegate tasks, handle store operations in absence of Store Manager, manage freshness, cash, stock, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
