Job summary

Lidl is recruiting a Retail Shift Manager in the United Kingdom. You’ll motivate and guide your team, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations, stepping in for senior managers when needed. You’ll drive excellent customer service while managing stock, cash, and store standards in a fast-paced setting.

We offer a competitive hourly rate (£16.30–£16.80) for a 35-hour contract, plus bank holiday uplift and night-shift premiums, plus a robust benefits package including holiday and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in absence of Store Manager and Deputy.
• Oversee freshness, cash handling, inventory and stock.
• Ensure customers have the best possible experience.
