Job summary

Lidl GB in Brentford is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy team on the shop floor, maintain high standards and deliver excellent customer experiences.

You’ll motivate colleagues, manage store operations, handle stock and cash processes, and step in for Store Manager when needed. This role offers competitive hourly pay, holiday entitlement, and a supportive benefits package.
