Job summary

Lidl GB in Leatherhead is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, drive operations, and maintain high standards. You’ll motivate staff, delegate tasks, and ensure the store runs smoothly, delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers hourly pay (£15.45–£15.95) with 30–35 hour contracts, bank holiday and night shift premia, and a comprehensive benefits package including discount and pension. Opportunities for growth and development are highlighted.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks

• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
