Iceland Foods is seeking a committed Shift Manager to support store leadership and help deliver exceptional service at the Cromer store. You will start as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement when you shift manage the store.

The role focuses on delivering great availability, engaging with the team, and ensuring adherence to cash handling and process standards while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
