Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to help run daily store operations and deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will lead a team across store areas, ensuring smooth, friendly service and quick problem resolution.

• Experience in a team lead or management role in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
• Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service.
• Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.
