Tesco UK is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee in-store operations, deliver a standout customer experience, and guide the team across all store areas. You will be the point of contact for daily queries and will assume leadership in the Manager’s absence.

The role requires a strong service focus, the ability to coach colleagues, and a commitment to inclusive teamwork. Availability for a minimum of 16 hours per week is expected.
