In October, the 10th year of our existence, we opened our very first Retail Store - a Flagship on London's prestigious Regent St. Now Gymshark is coming in strong to with another permanent location to shop your fave fits IRL this time in Westfield, Stratford. And we're hiring!

Working in our Westfield, Stratford store you'll play a pivotal part in bringing Gymshark to life, in real life. Our community and customers are our family, so we treat them as such. We don't care if they buy, browse, or just hang out. What matters is providing a safe space where everyone belongs and feels welcome.

To thrive in this role, you must be passionate about the brand and our mission. You must inspire, guide and encourage the team to create a great experience for all who visit and will be responsible for supporting our Visual Merchandising/Go To Market pillar.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Responsible for strategic visual merchandising execution of the store, while thinking about the what's next and being present to the now.
• A champion for all things Go to Market. Anything customer facing needs to have your seal of approval to ensure its the slickest offering around.
• Leading the instore visual team who inspires both customers and internal team with vision and trend setting. Pushing boundaries with styling and product displays.
• Coaching and mentoring the wider team to upskill Visual, always on the lookout for the next VM specialist.
• As the ultimate brand & product experience gatekeeper, you set the standard for Gymshark IRL, elevating the brand and product experience for our community to interact with. You are a future focused and visionary.
• Reinvent, inspire, and test the visual experience of merchandising, through flexible retail, digital content, and creative merchandising. Testing and recognising the impact of the movement.
• Collaborating with GSHQ partners to ensure the Product Life Story is brought to life, IRL. Understanding both the Art and the Science.
• Providing the best sensory experience for those who enter the store. Visually compelling displays and innovative commercial layouts each time a New Product Drops.
• Key holder responsibilities to ensure that you have access to the store when working out of store hours on the visual displays and store layouts.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Experience in a similar visual merchandising specialist role.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, high volume, agile environment.
• Experience managing teams and are passionate about development.
• Highly effective communicator, written and verbal.
• You are comfortable shifting gears and spinning multiple plates.
• Must be able to take and give constructive feedback.
• Can commit to working at weekends, bank holidays and overnights.
