We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our victim service team, working 37.5 hours per week on a hybrid basis.

About the role:

As a Team Leader, you will be:

  • Ensuring the effective delivery of services to victims in accordance with the London Adult Service contract specifications, operating procedures, confidentiality, information sharing, and safeguarding policies.
  • Leading the caseworker team, ensuring victims receive timely, professional needs and risks assessments and referrals to appropriate support, while maintaining service quality.
  • Collaborating with the Operations Manager/Management team to implement the business plan and develop the service to maximize positive outcomes for clients.
  • Focusing on performance management, including auditing cases, case allocation, and input into performance reporting.
