Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centres is opening a brand-new West London Brewers Decorator Centre, seeking a Retail Senior Sales Advisor to lead the team and drive sales. The role focuses on delivering high levels of customer service, leveraging product knowledge, and coordinating with branch management to ensure smooth operations from day one.

Based in West London, the successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing service standards, managing stock, and building lasting customer relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, ideally in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations.
• Motivated with the drive to succeed and deliver great results.
• Approachable and friendly, able to support customers and colleagues.
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve high levels of service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with developing the branch and the team, including deputising in their absence.
• Provide exceptional service to customers in branch to uphold Brewers service standards.
• Handle keyholder responsibilities, cashing up and related supervisory tasks.
• Allocate work, keep the team motivated and driven.
• Use product knowledge to recommend the best products for customer needs.
• Plan and agree sales forecasts with the Branch Manager in line with targets.
• Ensure orders and enquiries are dealt with promptly and followed up.
• Prepare and mix paint for customers, process specialist orders and request stock as needed.
• Build relationships with customers to identify needs and provide comprehensive service.
• Promote seasonal and special items and merchandise in-store to increase visibility and sales.
• Assist with stock maintenance in the branch.

Retail Senior Sales Advisor West London40 hours per week over 5 daysMonday to Friday with Saturday on a rotaSalary - £32,250 per annum plus pension and company benefitsWe are thrilled to announce that we are due to open a brand-new Brewers Decorator Centre which will be conveniently located in the West London area, near Ealing and we have a very exciting opportunity for a Retail Senior Sales Advisor, who is passionate about providing the highest levels of customer service to help lead this new team and develop sales in our new store!Once opened the store will stock an extensive product range which includes trade and designer paint brands such as Armstead, Crown, Dulux, Farrow & Ball, Little Green, Johnstone's, Sadolin as well as our own brand, Albany. We also offer a full product range via our delivery service which runs from the branch. • Ideally lives within a close proximity to the store to be able to respond to potential alarm calls out of hours
• An interest in our industry would be advantageous but not essential as product training will be given
