Brewers Decorator Centres in Petersfield is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional service and support to the Branch Manager in running the Petersfield store. You will assist in supervision, stock, and customer guidance, with a focus on achieving sales targets.

The role offers a 40-hour week across Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota, a salary of £29,500 per year, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension and staff perks.

• Have keyholder responsibilities, cashing up and associated supervisory tasks

• Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
• Plan and agree sales forecasts with the Branch Manager in line with Company targets
• Ensure orders and enquiries are dealt with and followed up promptly
• Mix paint for customers, process specialist orders, and request stock within the Branch network
• Build relationships with customers to identify needs and provide a comprehensive service
• Promote seasonal and special items and merchandise in-store to increase visibility and sales
• Assist with stock maintenance in the branch

We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Senior Retail Sales Advisor to join the team at our Brewers Decorator Centre in Petersfield, to provide exceptional service to our customers in store. You will play a vital part in keeping the branch running smoothly and efficiently and providing essential support to the Branch Manager - experience with our products isn't strictly necessary, if you are a natural leader and can bring great customer service, sales experience and team working skills to the table, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.

Conveniently located on Chapel Street, our Petersfield store has been serving local trade and retail customers in the area for almost 40 years. The branch features a vast selection of designer and trade paints as well as a varied collection of wallcoverings and pattern books, curtains and more. Internet terminals in the branch also allow our customers to order products directly into the store. The team have many years industry experience with Brewers so it’s no wonder we have built up a strong customer base and a reputation for being the decorator’s first choice. Branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm. As a Senior Retail Sales Advisor with Brewers, some of your responsibilities will include:
