Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a professional security officer to safeguard client sites and deliver consistently high levels of customer service. You will respond promptly to incidents, maintain a visible security presence, manage access control, and operate CCTV systems in accordance with PSA standards and company policy.

Qualifications

• Must haveRight to Work in the UK.
• Experience in a busy security role is required.
• Strong people and customer service skills are essential.
• Effective communication and ability to write clear reports.
• Ability to operate CCTV systems and monitor security areas.
• Be well presented, punctual and attentive to detail.
• Current, valid PSA Licence is required.
• Provide a clear 5-year work history with references.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a security presence at client sites and ensure safety for customers and the public.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to PSA conduct standards.
• Fulfil health and safety responsibilities in line with policy and plans, delivering high standards of service.
• Adhere to the company dress code and wear the correct uniform.
