Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer in Clayton (Bradford area) to safeguard people, products and the store while ensuring a welcoming customer experience.

You will work with the Store Management Team to prevent loss, manage risk and uphold safety standards across daytime, evening and weekend shifts. This full-time, permanent role offers variety and responsibility within the store team.

• Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent and report incidents.
• Operating and reviewing CCTV systems in line with company policies.
• Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures.
• Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft and fraud.
• Engaging with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively.
