Job summary

B&M Stores in Brockhill, Redditch, is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and the store while delivering a welcoming customer experience. This full-time role involves working across daytime, evening and weekend shifts as part of the store team.

You will monitor store activity, operate CCTV, enforce Health & Safety, investigate stock loss and engage with customers calmly.

• Engaging with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively.
