Job summary

B&M Retail in Yiewsley is seeking a confident and professional Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and the store environment while delivering a welcoming customer experience. This full-time, permanent role offers daytime, evening and weekend shifts across a busy, dynamic store team.

You’ll monitor store activity, operate CCTV, help enforce health and safety, and investigate stock loss, theft and fraud.

Qualifications

• Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent and report incidents.
• Operating and reviewing CCTV systems in line with company policies.
• Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures.
• Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft and fraud.
• Engaging with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively.
