Job summary

B&M Retail in Fazakerley is hiring a Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and the store environment while delivering a welcoming customer experience.

You will monitor for incidents, operate CCTV, enforce Health & Safety procedures and investigate stock loss. The role requires responsibility, clear communication and teamwork as part of a full-time, permanent shift pattern across day, evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor the store to identify, prevent and report incidents.
• Operate and review CCTV in line with company policies.
• Support Health & Safety procedures and maintain safety standards.
• Conduct investigations into stock loss, theft and fraud.
• Engage with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly.
