Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a frontline security officer to protect client properties and assets in line with the published Assignment Instructions.

You will deliver reliable security services designed to meet KPIs and SLAs and support contract retention through professional conduct. The role requires a valid SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA licence, with compliance to UK law and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Hold front-line licence in either Security Guarding or Door Supervision (SIA).
• CCTV licence (PSS SIA) is required.
• Must comply with UK law and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Protect client properties and assets in line with Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Meet and/or exceed KPIs and SLAs through reliable security service.
• Complete required training and renew licences before expiry.
• Maintain professional conduct and report incidents promptly on site.
