Responsibilities

• Protect customers' property, people and assets on site in line with AI's.
• Meet or exceed KPIs/SLAs to help retain the contract.
• Complete required training and renew licences as needed.
• Maintain health & safety compliance and report incidents promptly.
• Follow Assignment Instructions and escalate changes to improve service.
