Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred.
• A valid SIA licence desirable, although not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, welcoming and secure environment for customers and colleagues.
• Prevent loss and respond to incidents to protect store people and products.
• Use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support operations.
