Job summary

BardWood Support Services is seeking a Retail Security Officer for a well-known store in Darlington. You will ensure staff and visitor safety, patrol premises, monitor entry/exit points, and respond effectively to incidents with professional conduct.

The role requires an SIA license, a 5-year checkable history, and fitness to perform tasks. You will work flexibly to meet client requirements, build positive customer relations, and support loss prevention across shifts.

Qualifications

• SIA License is required.
• 5-year checkable work/career history is required.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.

About the role

Title – Retail Security Officer

Pay Rate – 13.10

Location – Darlington

Shift Timings – Must Be Flexible As Per Clients Requirement

You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
