BardWood Support Services is recruiting a Retail Security Officer for a well-known retail store in Hinckley. The role offers a pay rate of £13.10 per hour and flexible shift timings to meet client requirements.

After completing a 12-week assignment, successful candidates transfer to the client on a permanent basis with a comprehensive benefits package including SIA license renewal, cycle to work, private medical cover and pension.

Qualifications

• SIA License required.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating disturbances and monitoring entry/exit points.
• Calling for help in emergencies and operating theft-detection devices.
• Building positive customer relations during shifts.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the retail store.
• Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

• SIA License.

• Experience in a similar role, would an advantage
• Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
