Kingdom Group is seeking a reliable Retail Security Officer to join our Tesco Ipswich location. You will patrol the store, deter theft, respond to incidents, and deliver great customer service while protecting people and assets.

The role includes covering holidays and sickness, and may require additional shifts. Valid SIA licence, strong communication, and flexible availability are essential to succeed in this position.

About the Role

Kingdom Group, a trusted partner to Tesco, is seeking a professional and reliable Retail Security Officer to join our team at Tesco Ipswich.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment while maintaining a safe and secure shopping experience. In addition to regular shifts, you will provide cover for holidays, sickness, and other absences as required. You will help protect customers, colleagues, and store assets while delivering excellent customer service and acting as a visible security presence within the store.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Valid SIA Licence
Full 5-year checkable work history
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and confident approach
Good attention to detail and sound judgement
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Previous security experience desirable but not essential
Flexible and available to cover additional shifts for holidays and sickness
Strong commitment to safety and customer service
